The
JetBlue terminal at JFK is located in Terminal 5, which is the main terminal for JetBlue flights. The check-in counters and security checkpoints are located on the first floor of the terminal. The departure gates are located on the second floor.
The check-in counters open at 4:00am and close at 8:00pm. Security checkpoints open at 4:00am and close at 8:00pm. Departure gates open at 4:30am and close at 8:30pm.
All travellers must go through security screening before entering the departure gates. Travellers are encouraged to arrive at least two hours before their flight's scheduled departure time.
